Highly prized as the “King of Olives”, this gem of an Olive Oil has delicious robust flavors of grass, tomato leaf and green olive, finishing with a pleasant, peppery zing in the throat. Jokingly referred to as a “2 or 3 cougher” when you swallow, it has a high polyphenol content and low acidity. Grown in Greece for over 3,000 years, and now grown in California. The olive is small, but delivers a healthy punch! 2021 Gold medals in California and Japan. Double Gold in 2019 in New York and Greece with multiple Gold medals too numerous to count for consecutive years. Should be a staple in your kitchen pantry.

Perfect Pairings: Modena Traditional, Raspberry, Vanilla Fig and White balsamic vinegars and Meyer Lemon or Persian Lime extra virgin olive oil.
